Like Bengaluru Techie Atul Subhash, TCS Employee Manav Sharma Leaves Video Before Suicide, Blames Wife
In a suicide case similar to Bengaluru techie Atul Subhash, A tragic incident has come to light involving a man from Agra, identified as Manav Sharma, who died by suicide on February 24. Sharma, an employee of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), was found hanging at his residence.
In December, Subhash died by suicide before recording a video, blaming the harassment from his wife's family for his death. Similarly, Manav Sharma has accused his wife's harassment leading to his death.

In a nearly seven-minute video on his phone, he pleaded for society to acknowledge the struggles men face. Sharma urged people to "think and talk about men" and apologized to his parents for his decision. "This message is for the authorities-the police, the legal system. Men need protection too. If things continue this way, there will come a time when men won't be left, when there will be no one left to take the blame," he said in the clip.
In the video, Sharma, with a cloth wrapped around his neck and tied to a ceiling fan, continued, "Let me share my story, though it's not unique. There are many like me. I discovered that my wife was involved with another man. But what can I do? It doesn't matter anymore."
He apologised to his parents and said, "Dad, I'm sorry. Mom, I'm sorry. But understand this-once I'm gone, everything will be fine. Everything will get better after my death. Let me go..." "I'm still trying to figure out how to go through with this... But I beg you, think about the men in your life. Spare them a thought."
Meanwhile, a case has been filed at the Sadar police and the investigation is underway.
In December, a 34-year-old Bengaluru-based AI engineer died by suicide. He recorded an over 80-minute video where he detailed about the struggles and issues he faced by him. Subhas's harrowing situation came to light when his body was found at his home in Bengaluru's Marathalli.
He had accused his wife's family of using their son to extort money from him.
In the clip, he had accused the wife and the family court judge of demanding Rs 5 lakh to settle the case.
