Oct 19: With no medical bulletins for eight days now, Tamil Nadu chief minister Jayalalithaa's supporters are getting anxious about their Amma's health.
In the last medical bulletin, issued on Oct 10, it was stated that Jayalalithaa was being constantly monitored by intensivists and other consultants.
While the Tamil Nadu CM continues to be in hospital, her supporters have been offering special prayers for her speedy recovery. Hundreds of her supporters continue to wait anxiously outside the Apollo Hospital in Greams Road, Chennai to hear about her health updates.
The doctors have suggested that Jayalalithaa needs to be in the hospital for a longer time.
