During the swearing-in ceremony of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday in Lucknow, the display of bonhomie between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Samajwadi Party patriarch Mulayam Singh Yadav caught everyone's attention, especially of shutterbugs.

The best part was when Mulayam greeted PM Modi and whispered something into his ear. Now, when two political foes-meet and greet and display such 'affection and closeness', nobody can stop wondering what exactly the Samajwadi Party founder told PM Modi.

Apparently, according to a report by The Telegraph, Mulayam told PM Modi to look after his son and former chief minister of Uttar Pradesh Akhilesh Yadav under whose leadership the Samajwadi Party faced a 'humiliating' defeat at the hands of the Bharatiya Janata Party during the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections.

"Thoda Akhilesh ka khayal rakhiye (Please take care of Akhilesh)," a BJP leader, who closely witnessed the camaraderie on the dais, told The Telegraph. The BJP man, who wished to remain anonymous, added that Mulayam also asked PM Modi to teach a few tricks of politics to Akhilesh."Inko sikhaiye (Teach him, please)."

What happened afterwards, we all witnessed it. Goaded by his father, a little hesitant Akhilesh shook hands with PM Modi. The prime minister was also gracious and patted Akhilesh on his back.
