Father of 23 children rapes minor girl

Karaje, Jan 30: A complaint was registered on Thursday night in Vittal police station under the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act against a father of 23 children for allegedly raping a ten-year-old girl.

According to the petition filed by the victim's mother, the 53-year-old Rajab from Karaje in Salethur near Vittal invited the girl to his residence on January 23 and raped her. In the complaint it was pointed out that the delay in registering a case occured because the father of the girl was out of station.

Several political organisations condemned the brutal assault and urged for an immediate arrest of the rapist.

Meanwhile the police is taking efforts to arrest the offender without any delay.
Another shocking fact regarding the case is that the culprit has four wives and 23 children.
