Charred body of 23-year old woman from Hyderabad found in Mumbai

, Jan 17: The body of a woman, charred beyond recognition, was found in Bhandup in Mumbai suburbs on Thursday.

Family members recognised the girl by a ring on her finger. A software engineer, the girl had left Hyderabad for Mumbai ten days ago. Family members allege that a male colleague was supposed to pick her up from the station in Mumbai, but never showed up.

The woman's uncle Arun Kumar said, "Had there been CCTVs at correct places, we could have tracked her on the first day itself." Currently, the police is planning for a post-mortem report for the positive identification of the woman.
