BJP worker, 4 family members murdered in Nagpur

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) worker Kamlakar Pawankar and four other members of his family were allegedly murdered in Nagpur's Aradhana Nagar. The victims include two minors- a boy and a girl and an old woman. The incident took place at Dighori at midnight.

According to reports, property dispute is one of the probable reasons behind the crime. The deceased have been named- Kamlakar Pawankar, his wife Archana, daughter Vedanti, nephew Ganesh and mother Meerabai. Pawankar reportedly owned 10 acres of land, which was reportedly disputed.

A huge crowd of BJP workers and other relatives mobbed outside the police station as well as Pohankar's residence after they came to know about the incident.
