Patna, Oct 29: After successfully holding three phases of assembly elections on Oct 12, Oct 16 and Oct 28, Bihar is all set to witness the high-voltage fourth phase of the staggered polls on Sunday, Nov 1.
As part of electrifying election campaigns, PM Narendra Modi is set to hold four rallies ahead of the fourth phase polls. The main contest is between the Bharatiya Janata Party-led National Democratic Alliance and the grand alliance of Janata Dal-United, Rashtriya Janata Dal and the Congress.
