'Best wishes to Kamal Haasan on his political party', says Rajinikanth

Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth on Wednesday sends best wishes to Veteran actor Kamal Haasan after he said that he will be announcing his political party.

Earlier on Tuesday, Kamal Haasan said that he will be announcing his political party's name on February 21 at Tamil Nadu's Ramanathapuram and begin a state-wide tour the same day. Haasan has also said that his party's mission statement will also be made public on the same day.

In November 2017, Haasan said a dedicated team of 25 skillful people is working on a comprehensive whistleblowing platform called 'Maiam Whistle' to expose corrupt practices. "Maiam Whistle will serve as an e-vigil tool and will be formally launched in January. If you find me making any mistakes in future, you can blow the whistle against me," he had said.
