Armed with a white file Mukul Roy launches his TMC expose campaign

Expelled Trinamool Congress MP Mukul Roy who earlier had threatened an expose of the TMC run Government from his maiden address for the saffron camp in Kolkata, sprung a few surprises on Friday.

The once upon a time, close confidant of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and the founder member of the Trinamool Congress, waving a white colored file (which is supposed to be holding the secrets,) Roy's alleged exposes mainly surrounded Mamata Banerjee and her nephew TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee.

"The recently concluded under 17 Football World Cup has "Biswa Bangla" as one of the sponsors. What most people don't know is that Biswa Bangla is not a Government enterprise, it is a company owned by Abhishek Banerjee"
Incidentally Biswa Bangla is listed as a Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises venture established by the Government of West Bengal to promote handicrafts of the State.

Roy then alleged that "Jago Bangla" the Trinamool Congress mouthpiece is also owned by Abhishek Banerjee.
The expelled TMC leader then dug out the Saradha scam that has been plaguing the TMC top brass. He stated that there were numerous meetings held between Sudipta Sen, the Chairman of the Saradha Group and TMC top brass. Hinting at CM Mamata Banerjee, Roy stated "They had a meeting at Subhaprasanna's residence and in other places. Sen was present in the meetings" alleged Roy.
He further alleged that the Durga Puja organized by Naktala Udayan of which TMC General Secretary Partha Chatterjee is the President, is sponsored by chit fund companies like ICORE, MPS and Prayag.
"This is not the last expose. The second part and third part of the expose is yet to come. I have many more files" claimed Roy.

Without naming Mamata Banerjee, Roy stated that while people are dying from Dengue, the CM is busy inaugurating Film festivals.

"She has changed. When the TMC had taken over from the Left Front, the party had stated that Change was required and not revenge. Now it is not change but revenge that has taken over. The politics of suppression is being practiced in West Bengal. Police and intelligence agencies are being used against opposition parties and their leaders. Hundreds of opposition leaders are in jail with false cases clamped against them. It was not so bad during the Left Front regime also" stated Roy.

Roy stated that agriculture, industry, health and education had all collapsed in the State. "Not a single industry has come in. There are multi speciality hospitals but no doctors" claimed Roy.

"While the State is in doldrums and death everywhere, she is busy with her foreign visits" scorned Roy.
He said that after much deliberation he has joined the BJP. "TMC is no more a party. It is Limited Company" stated Roy addressing the BJP rally in Kolkata on Friday.

The State Government has stated that Biswa Bangla is a Government enterprise. "Biswa bangla brand and logo is a property of West Bengal Government and is not owned by any person or company. No one has a individual copyright. Last week there was a misappropriation of the logo against which the Government of West Bengal has initiated legal action" stated Atri Bhattacharya, Home Secretary, Government of West Bengal.

Biswa Bangla logo was created by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee but she gave it to the West Bengal Government stated Bhattacharya.

TMC General Secretary Partha Chatterjee refuted allegations leveled by Roy. "These are baseless and blatant lies. Even his white file is just to create a hype and heat up the environment. We have seen numerous traitors who have been indulging in lies to defame the party" added Chatterjee.
