Sexual Assault Shocker: Another woman claims to be Asaram Bapu's wife!

Jaipur, Feb 17: In a shocking development in

case, an unidentified woman appeared at Jodhpur court in Rajasthan and claimed that she is the wife of the controversial self-styled godman.

Identity of the woman has not been revealed yet. However, it was confirmed that she was married and settled in Jodhpur. Rajasthan Police sources informed that another sexual assault charge might be added in the list of charges filed against Asaram Bapu.

Asaram has been lodged in jail since his arrest in August last year on charges of sexually assaulting the teenage girl at his ashram here. Later, two Surat-based sisters who stayed at his ashram in Gujarat accused him and his son, Narayan Sai, of rape.

Asaram Bapu's wife Luxmi and daughter Bharti too were detained and later were released by police. They were accused of helping Asaram Bapu in his alleged role of assaulting other women sexually.
