TS eChallan Payment Discount Last Date Extended: Steps To Pay Online Challan @echallan.tspolice.gov.in

TS eChallan: The Telangana government on Wednesday announced to extend last date to avail heavy discounts on traffic fines. The state government is offering up to 90% discount on TS eChallan until January 31, as per the latest announcement made by the Hyderabad traffic police in a recent press release. Earlier, the last date to pay online TS eChallan with discounts was January 10, 2024, which has been extended by 21 more days.

TS eChallan payment discount extension has been granted after considering the public response to avail heavy discounts that will not affect their pockets much.

According to the reports, the Telangana state government has announced a waiver up to 90 % for TSRTC buses, 80 % for two and three-wheelers, and 60 % for Light Moter Vehicles and Heavy Moter Vehicle on pending E-challans issued under the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988.

Here Are Steps To Pay TS eChallan Online:

1. Visit the official Telangana eChallan website using your web browser at echallan.tspolice.gov.in.
2. On the homepage, enter the necessary details to locate your TS eChallan. You can use your vehicle's registration number, driving license number, or the specific challan number if available.
3. Click on the "Get Details" button after providing the relevant information to retrieve your pending TS eChallan.
4. Review the displayed information, which includes details such as the original fine amount, the applicable discount percentage, and the reduced fine amount to be paid.
5. Select your preferred secure payment method from the options available, such as debit/credit cards, net banking, or various e-wallets.
6. Proceed with the chosen payment method to securely complete the transaction.
7. Upon successful payment processing, download the receipt for your records.
