Trump Towers Coming To Hyderabad’s Kokapet—Project Worth ₹3,500 Crore Unveiled
The renowned Trump Towers are due to open in Hyderabad's posh Kokapet neighbourhood, ushering in a new age of luxury real estate in the city. The ₹3,500 crore project would feature 63 stories and approximately 400 ultra-luxurious homes, enhancing Kokapet's status as a premium address on the Golden Mile.
The project, developed in collaboration with Ira Realty and Tribeca Developers, is expected to be completed between mid-2025 and 2026. It will be erected on a 4-acre plot on Kokapet's exclusive Golden Mile, with interior finishes projected to be completed by late 2025.

This expansion reflects Hyderabad's expanding popularity in the high-end real estate market and contributes to India's overall economic and infrastructure progress. The Trump Towers will symbolise architectural refinement and urban opulence.
Architectural Highlights & Design
The design incorporates a characteristic Trump aesthetic, with mirrored glass exteriors and a chrome-finished mantle for a futuristic look. A well-known Indian architect has been hired to work on the revamp, but their identity is being kept hidden for the time being.
The property will also have a separate amenities block located between the two interconnected buildings. This block will be constructed to mimic a ship's deck, elevated 49 feet above ground level, with a commanding vantage point similar to a ship's stern.
Each of the more than 400 residences will offer expansive layouts, with unit sizes going up to 5,000 square feet. The flats are expected to be priced between ₹4 crore and ₹5 crore, with an estimated per-square-foot rate of ₹15,000-making this one of the most exclusive residential offerings in Hyderabad.
With its bold design, premium location, and high-end specifications, Trump Towers in Kokapet is set to elevate Hyderabad's skyline and redefine luxury living in the city.
