Fresh arrest in Hyderabad exposes Myanmar link with Burdwan blasts
Hyderabad, Nov 18: A crucial arrest was made by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in connection to the October 2 Burdhwan blasts on Tuesday. The arrested person is named Khalid Mohammad and is 28 year-old. He is a resident of Myanmar. [Myanmar-Burdwan blast link: How Rohingyas' cause blew out of proportion]
According to the NIA, Khalid is a trained IED/explosive expert belonging to the Rohingiya Solidarity Organization and have links with Bangladesh-based terrorist groups.

He is said to be involved in running terror camps in bordering areas of Bangladesh and Myanmar.

He was found possessing incriminating videos of training materials, literature relating to poisons, IED making, bomb making, explosives and jihadi Literature including that of the ISIS. He has admitted to have undergone training conducted by Tehreek-e- Azadi-Arakan with trainers from Tehreek e-Taliban -Pakistan.He was residing in Hyderabad and managed fake identity documents.
