Will Darshan Get Clean Chit And Be Out Of Jail In Renuka Swamy Case? The 'God' Answers Fan's Prayer
The phrase "Man proposes, but God disposes," translated from the Latin "Homo proponit, sed Deus disponit" in Thomas à Kempis' 15th-century work "The Imitation of Christ," implies that while humans can make plans, the outcome is ultimately determined by a higher power.
This saying is particularly relevant to the case of Kannada superstar Darshan, currently lodged in Parapana Agrahara Jail. He is in judicial custody along with his friend Pavitra Gowda and his accomplices in connection with the murder of Renuka Swamy. His custody is set to end on July 4, and efforts are underway to secure his bail.

Supporters of Darshan have taken to social media, with some praying for his release. A video of a fan, appearing as a priest, praying for Darshan's release has gone viral. The fan earnestly asks God to clear Darshan of all charges and reunite him with his supporters.
In the video, the priest prays, "An artiste is in trouble. He is Darshan. He may have done something wrong, or he may not have. We are asking on behalf of his fans. Please remove all allegations against him and let him reunite with his fans without any problems. We seek your blessings." As he prays, a flower placed as an offering falls, which the fan takes as a sign of divine approval. He then asks again, "Have you given the order? Will they come as soon as possible? Please bring them as soon as possible."

For those unfamiliar, the Hindus believe that a flower falling from the right side of a deity's idol indicates a good omen. This clip has been overwhelmingly welcomed by Darshan's fans.
Darshan was arrested on June 9 after his aides allegedly kidnapped Renuka Swamy from Chitradurga. Swamy was brutally assaulted at a shed in Kamakshi Palya before his body was thrown into a drainage in Sumanahalli.
