In an interview, Prabhu revealed that 'GOAT' is a fictional story, crafted to be as close to reality as possible. Vijay's character leads a core team from the SPECIAL ANTI-TERRORIST SQUAD, a wing of RAW (Research and Analysis Wing). The plot revolves around a past mission that resurfaces as a significant problem in the future, forcing the team to confront and overcome the challenges that arise.
