SIIMA Awards 2025: Winners List For Telugu Films With Photos

The South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) 2025 was held in Dubai on Friday with a star-studded celebration, where Pushpa 2: The Rule emerged as the night's biggest winner, dominating the Telugu cinema categories. Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna took home the top acting awards for their reprised roles in the blockbuster sequel.

Pushpa 2 Walks Away With Big Honours

Allu Arjun was named Best Actor (Male, Telugu) for his captivating performance as the titular character, Pushpa Raj. The actor was lauded for his nuanced portrayal of the sandalwood smuggler navigating a world of power struggles and personal turmoil.

His co-star, Rashmika Mandanna, also secured a major victory, winning Best Actor (Female, Telugu) for her role as Srivalli, a character that brought warmth and emotional depth to the high-octane drama.

While Pushpa 2 took center stage, other films also received their share of accolades. Nag Ashwin's highly-anticipated film Kalki 2898 AD was honoured with the Best Film (Telugu) award.

The film also earned Kamal Haasan the Best Actor in a Negative Role (Telugu) award for his commanding performance as Supreme Yaskin, while Anna Ben was recognized as Best Supporting Actor (Female, Telugu).

The ceremony also celebrated excellence in music and technical categories. Devi Sri Prasad won Best Music Director (Telugu) for his work on Pushpa 2.

The soulful track "Chuttamalle" from the film Devara earned Ramajogayya Sastry the Best Lyric Writer (Telugu) award and Shilpa Rao the Best Playback Singer (Female, Telugu) honour. Additionally, renowned cinematographer Rathnavelu ISC was presented with the Best Cinematographer (Telugu) award for his work on Devara.

Beyond Telugu cinema, stars from the Kannada film industry also shined, with awards going to Ajaneesh Loknath, Samarjit Lankesh, and Ankita Amar, among others.

The evening concluded with a special award for veteran Kannada music director V Harikrishna, who was recognized for his invaluable contribution to South Indian cinema.
