Jio Cinema has issued a strong statement regarding the alleged intimate video of YouTuber Armaan Malik and Kritika Malik from Bigg Boss OTT 3. The streaming platform labeled the video as doctored and has committed to taking appropriate action to identify those responsible. Jio Cinema has filed a complaint with the Cyber Crime unit, requesting an investigation to find the individuals behind the manipulated video, according to ETimes. For the unversed, Armaan Malik, Payal Malik, and Kritika Malik are in a polygamous relationship.

In its written complaint, Jio Cinema stated, "The complaint is directed against unknown individuals who have altered and doctored content from Bigg Boss OTT and shared it on X (formerly Twitter). Bigg Boss OTT Season 3, a popular show on Jio Cinema hosted by Bollywood personality Anil Kapoor, is the subject of this issue."

The complaint also highlighted that this incident might be the start of a series of doctored videos intended to harm the program and defame the company. Jio Cinema believes these actions are part of a deliberate criminal conspiracy aimed at undermining the show's integrity and the company's reputation.

YouTuber's first wife Payal has chosen to separate from Armaan, permitting him to maintain his relationship with Kritika. Armaan married Payal in 2011, and they welcomed their son, Chirayu Malik. In 2018, six years later, Armaan married Payal's best friend, Kritika. Both Armaan and Kritika continue to be part of the show. Recently, Payal announced her decision to part ways with Armaan.

In related news, Shiv Sena Secretary and Spokesperson MLA Dr. Manisha Kayande criticized Bigg Boss OTT 3 in an ANI interview for promoting "vulgarity" and condemned Armaan Malik's alleged behavior. She expressed concern about the negative impact such content may have on young viewers and plans to propose new regulations for OTT platforms to the Minister of Information and Broadcasting in the upcoming parliamentary session.
