During an appearance on 'KBC Season 16' last year, Jayanta revealed that his home lacked a washroom for his mother and sister. Moved by their situation, Bachchan assured him that he would provide the family with a proper washroom, regardless of whether Jayanta won prize money. True to his word, the actor later contributed Rs 2 lakh from his own funds for the construction.

Jayanta expressed deep gratitude in an interview with India Today's sister channel Aaj Tak. He said, "There was no bathroom or washroom for my mother and sister. Amitabh Bachchan was very upset and promised me he would build one. After two and a half months, I got in touch with his team, and they sent Rs 2 lakh for the construction. I consider this the best birthday gift of my life."

His sister Shikha Dhule also shared her joy: "I am very happy. I have a nice washroom in my house now. I would like to thank him again and again." The new facility has brought immense relief and happiness to the family.
