Producer Hemanth Rao, on his X, wrote: "As per the numbers from 3 days, approximately 15,000 people have seen #Agnyathavasi. The reviews are good from people who have watched and from critics. If you have heard the same, give us a chance at theaters!" 👇🏾

However, enthusiastic Ajith fan wrote: "This is why I told you repeatedly time and again not to clash with Ultimate Star Thala Ajith Kumar's Good Bad Ugly Movie which is a Peak Fan Service Film Directed by Filmmaker Adhik Ravichandran who has delivered the Biggest Fanboy Sambhavam!"

Ajith Kumar's Good Bad Ugly and Agnyathavasi hit the screens, last weekend.

Responding to his post, Rao said, "With all due respect to you and the said film. If we start getting scared of other language actors and films in our own territory. We might as well call it a day and do something else. We've made a film for our audience, and I hope they find it interesting enough to check it out."

The Ajith's fan's comment did not go well with many others as well. One user said, "It's true in Tamilnadu context. But in Karnataka he is as famous as Jagmohan Chaudhary 👍🏼"

Another user added: "Bengaluru Mysore swalpa famous , except Rajankanth kamal no one else movies run well in other parts of karnataka except Bengaluru and Mysore ..."

What Is The Movie All About?

Set in Nalkeri in Malenadu in the late 1990s, the story deals around a murder which takes place after 25 years. Station inspector played by Rangayana Raghu starts investigating the matter which opens Pandora's box. This incident is linked to a murder that took place in 1970s. What follows next should be watched on-screen.
