Chennai: 60-year-old lady hit by Chidambaram's convoy, hospitalised

Chennai, Feb 28: Union Finance Minister P Chidambaram faced criticism as his escort vehicles hit a 60-year-old lady. The old lady, who was hit by Chidambaram's convoy, has been rushed to hospital.

According to sources, Chidambaram's escort vehicles hit the woman at Sivaganga near Chennai in Tamil Nadu. The union minister's son Karthik Chidambaram reportedly visited the hospital and gave financial support to the lady.
