Nandan Nilekani to walk with Bangalore
Bangalore, March 19: The Congress's new joinee, Nandan Nilekani, who is contesting from Bangalore South in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, is holding a 'Pada Yatra' on Wednesday.

The walk will start at 4 pm from Jaraganahalli, Gangadhareshwara Temple and end at Kodichikanahalli.

The route will be:

Jaraganahalli, Gangadhareshwara Temple-> Sarakki thota-> PuttenahallI Main Road -> Ashta Lakshmi Layout -> Puttenahalli Village -> JP Nagar 24th main -> Vinayaka Nagar-> Panduranga Nagar-> Arakere Mico Layout-> Arakere Main Road-> Arakere Grama-> Vijayabank layout ->Bilekahalli Village -> Kodichikanahalli

The co-founder of Infosys and chairman of Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), Nandan Nilekani, has been named in the first list of MPs contesting for Lok Sabha from Congress party on Sunday.

The Bangalore billionaire has already launched campaign in the Bangalore South Lok Sabha constituency and is rigorously working with the youth for a better Bangalore.

He will be standing against BJP leader Ananth Kumar who has won seats five times from the area. Issues of public transport, education and water supply will be some of the areas of focus during his election campaign.
