Hollywood action hero Sylvester Stallone's son found dead

Los Angeles, Jul 14: Hollywood action hero of yester years Sylvester Stallone was devastated when his 36-year-old son Sage was found dead in his Hollywood home. Sage Moonblood Stallone, also an actor, was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to the statement issued by Stallone's publicist, Michelle Bega, "Sylvester Stallone is devastated and grief-stricken over the sudden loss of his son, Sage Stallone .. His loss will be felt forever. His compassion and thoughts are with Sage's mother, Sasha (Stallone's first wife). Sage was a very talented and wonderful young man."

As per reports in certain media channels, Sage had died following an overdose of pills, with authorities trying to ascertain if the act was intentional or accidental. Sage Stallone's attorney George Braunstein has been quoted as saying that there was no indication if the actor was depressed.

Braunstein in his statement to the NBC 4 television stated, "I got a terrible call a few hours ago ... when the housekeeper opened the door and they found what had happened. I'm personally devastated. It's just a tragic, tragic loss. He was an extremely good actor, a good writer/director, really one of those people who was extremely respectful of Hollywood. He loved his mom and dad. He was a talented, talented person."

A spokesman for the LA Police Department (LAPD) said he could not confirm the death, adding, "There's a death investigation, they're waiting for the coroner to identify the body."
