Pakistan: Osama's hideout to be swept away live on TV

Islamabad, Jan 12: The Pakistani military which is all set to wipe out terror head Osama bin Laden's hideout will now show it live on TV, said reports.

Reports reveal that the plans are to launch rocket propelled grenade attacks on the hideout in Abbottabad.

The walled complex will also be bulldozed so as to prevent it from becoming a shrine for the followers of the slain al-Qaeda leader.

"We will hit it like an enemy fort," said Rehman Malik, Pakistan's Interior Minister.

"But first we must erase everything related to bin Laden from our country," he added.

European and US officials will be invited to the witness the act of demolition that is scheduled to take place in Feb.
