Punjab: Woman abducted, gang-rape video filmed

Ludhiana, Oct 18: A group of four men have been accused of abducting, gang raping and making an obscene MMS clip of a woman in Ludhiana, Punjab.

The victim in her police compliant said that she was abducted and taken into a car after she went to the market to buy some groceries on Oct 10. She was then taken to a farmhouse, where three other accused were present and raped by the men who took turns to rape her in addition to shooting her obscene rape video on a mobile phone.

She was later thrown outside her residence by the accused the next day at morning. The victim and her family who were traumatised after the incidence did not file a complaint for two days.

The victim also alleged that the accused called her and threatened that they would upload her rape video on internet if she failed to meet them again.

Meanwhile, the woman was sent for a medical examination.

A case of rape and abduction have been registered against the four men and the police is on a lookout for the culprits as they are on the run.
