PDP accuses Omar govt of failing to deliver on poll promises

Jammu, Feb 21 (PTI) The opposition PDP today accusedthe Omar Abdullah government of failing to deliver on its pollpromises, especially on employment issue.

"Instead of fulfilling the commitments which the NChad made with the people during the assembly elections, thisgovernment has been deceiving the people by making falsestatements," PDP Vice President Trilok Singh Bajwa alleged.

"The employment policy announced by the stategovernment is a cruel joke with the youths of thestate," he said at a function, where some youths joined thePDP.

Party general secretary Balbir Singh and MLAPahalgam Rafi Mir also addressed the gathering.
