TVH launches Rs 800 cr residential township,integrated

Coimbatore, Jan 30 (PTI): Leading property development firmTVH today launched its Rs 800 crore multifaceted residentialproject and integrated township in the city.

The Aurora Township offers exclusive premium villas, highrise residences, largest mall with shopping centres and eightscreen 1600-seat multiplexes, N Ravichandran, Chairman of TVH(True Value Homes), told reporters here today.

The residential Vista Heights would be built in two phasesaccommodating about 800 apartments, with one, two, three andfour Bedrooms, ranging from 500 square feet to between 2500 to4000 square feet respectively, he said.

There would 40 villas in four and half acreas, he said.

The township project is spread over 18 lakh square feet,including seven lakh square feet of both Mall and commercialbuildings, which would be completed in five years, he said.

Of the residential premises, 400 apartments would becompleted in the first phase in 21 months and the rest wouldwould be delivered in five years, Ravichandran said.

Vista Heights would have various attractions for young andold alike with joggers tracks, spa, gym and playground forchildren, he said, adding the company would be going for a''green building category'' rating from a leading agency. PTINVM APRAPR
