Bike borne men rob trader of Rs 7.43 lakh
Greater Noida, Jan 16 (PTI) A trader was today robbed ofover Rs 7 lakhs here by men on a motorcycle, police said.
Rakesh Goel, who is a wholesale trader of jaggery andrefined sugar, was returning home this evening on hismotorcycle after collecting money from the sale of goods andwas carrying Rs 7.43 in cash.
As he reached Kanasi in Dankore area, another motorcyclehit his bike after which he fell in a ditch. The bike-bornemen, whose faces were covered, snatched his bag containing themoney and fled, the police said.
Goel was pulled out of the ditch by passersby after whichhe informed the police.
