Bihar: Cong leaders raided, Rs 6.40 lakh found

Begusarai, Oct 28: Ahead of Congress President, Sonia Gandhi's second rally in Bihar, Rs 6.40 lakh has been discovered from two Congress youth leaders of the state on Thursday, Oct 28.

The money was found from Lalan Kumar and Sagar Raika during a raid in their hotel rooms in Begusarai on Oct 28.

However, the Congress leaders have claimed that it was the party money and was meant to be spent for party elections.

Sonia Gandhi has been expected to hold a rally in the state for the campaigning of the fourth phase assembly election.
