Delhi: Juvenile helps two men abduct, rape girl

New Delhi, Sep 14: With the help of a juvenile, two men abducted a young girl and raped her in southwest Delhi.

The police on Tuesday, Sep 14 said that the incident took place three days back, when the juvenile, who knew the girl, helped Avnish Yadav and Karambir abduct the girl while she was on her way to a local market.

The accused forced the girl into a car and took her to a flat, where the two men took turns to rape her. The juvenile, however, did not rape the victim, a senior police officer told a news agency.

They reportedly even forced the girl to take contraceptive pills to avoid pregnancy.

The girl, who was later let go, returned home and reported the incident to her parents, who later approached the police.

With the medical examination confirming rape, the police arrested the three culprits. While charges of kidnapping and rape have been slapped against the two men, only a case of kidnapping has been registered against the juvenile.
