Million volt stun guns smuggled into UK in disguise of Nokia phones

London, Aug 10 (ANI): Million volt stun guns, the potentially lethal K95s, that are 24 times more powerful than a police Taser and disguised as mobile phones, are being smuggled into Britain by criminal gangs.

According to The Sun, they look like Nokia phones but electrodes in the top deliver a 1.2 million volt shock.

UK Border Agency officers have seized several in recent weeks at Manchester and Glasgow airports and also at a North London postal sorting office amid fears the illegal US-made devices are being bought by gangs.

A nine-year-boy has been figured on You Tube playing with the weapon. A reviewer of the K95 wrote on a website, "A friend shocked me for a split second."

"We don't want these weapons on Britain's streets," UK Border Force chief Brodie Clark said. (ANI)
