6.5-magnitude quake strikes southern Mexico
Mexico, Jun 30: A 6.5-magnitude earthquake hit southern Mexico in thw wee hours on Jun 30 morning.
According to the US Geological Survey (USGS), centered at 120 kilometres west-southwest of Oaxaca, and 355 kilometres south-southeast of the capital, Mexico City, the temblor struck at around 2:22 am local time.
As of now, no reports of damage or loss of life has been reported.
