The application was filed before the Shivajinagar sessions court through Special Public Prosecutor Shishir Hire. The matter was likely to be heard on June 23. Officials said the plea came weeks after the clip spread online and drew anger. The court has directed Vishal Agarwal to submit a reply to the request.

Pune Porsche crash bail cancellation plea cites Supreme Court conditions

Vishal Agarwal got bail from the apex court in March this year. Prosecutors alleged Vishal Agarwal helped plan a blood sample swap. The aim was to protect Vishal Agarwal’s son from legal action. The alleged conspiracy followed a fatal crash in 2024, police said.

Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar reviewed the video and ordered legal steps, officials said. Police then got approval from the state law department to approach the court. Prosecutors argued the alleged celebrations could affect witnesses. Police said it may also breach restrictions set by the Supreme Court.

"The purported celebration after the grant of bail cannot be viewed lightly. There is a possibility of witnesses coming under pressure. We will also point out before the court that the conditions imposed by the Supreme Court have been breached,\" Hire said.

Viral video in Pune Porsche crash case disputed by Agarwal family

The viral clip appears to show Vishal Agarwal at a local restaurant. The video shows Vishal Agarwal dancing with his wife and son. Live music can be heard in the background. The Agarwal family rejected the claim it was recent. The family said the recording was taken in 2023.

In a statement shared by the legal team, Vishal Agarwal gave a different account. Vishal Agarwal said the clip was from a 25th wedding anniversary in Goa. Vishal Agarwal said the footage shows Shivani and close friends. The statement placed the event at a hotel in Goa.

The statement said the Goa event happened well before the offence was registered. The Porsche car crash case was registered at Yerwada police station in Pune on May 19, 2024. Police recorded statements of Vishal Agarwal and Shivani Agarwal about the clip. Police were expected to submit statements and digital evidence to court.

Pune Porsche crash details include blood samples at Sassoon General Hospital

Police said a Porsche car, allegedly driven by a 17-year-old, hit a motorcycle in Kalyani Nagar. The crash happened on May 19, 2024. Two IT professionals died in the collision. Prosecutors said blood samples were central to the later investigation into alcohol use.

Vishal Agarwal was among 10 people arrested in the blood swap case. Police alleged the juvenile driver’s samples were replaced with the mother’s. The alleged swap took place at Sassoon General Hospital, prosecutors said. Police said two doctors helped, aiming to hide alcohol consumption.

The court was expected to examine whether bail terms were breached. Police planned to rely on the video, witness concerns, and digital material. Vishal Agarwal was directed to respond to the plea. The hearing listed for June 23 was set to guide the next legal steps.
