Two new Jammu and Kashmir High Court judges appointed
New Delhi, March 2 (ANI): President Pratibha Patil on Tuesday appointed two Additional judges of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court as judges of the J-K High Court.
"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 95 of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir, the President is pleased to appoint (1) Shri Justice Sunil Hali, and (2) Shri Justice uzaffar Hussain Attar, Additional Judges of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court, to be Judges of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court, with effect from the dates they assume charge of their respective offices," a government release stated.
