Jaipur: Father abducts son for money

Jaipur, Oct 30: In an unusual twist to an abduction case, the police filed a case against the father of the child who was reported missing on Thursday, Oct 29 evening.

The father of two-and-half year old, Yashu Bordi plotted 'abduction' of his own son out of desperation to get some money to pay off his debts, reports Zee News.

The man identified as Vikas Jain reportedly hid the child in his friend's place and planned to exort money from his father and father-in-law by making rasom calls, SP (north) Ashok Naruka was quoted as saying in the report.

He was detained even before he could make a ransom call and the man has confessed that he was jobless and took this step out of desperation.
