Jade Goody's £25k funeral to be 'free'

London, April 2 (ANI): Jade Goody's family will reportedly have to pay nothing for her otherwise 25,000-pound funeral.

Undertakers FA Albin have allegedly vowed to donate their charges for the service to the late 27-year-old's trust fund set up for her sons Bobby, 5, and Freddy, 4.

Barry Albin-Dyer, MD of the south London firm, also pledged aid to Jade's Cervical Cancer Charity.

The Brit reality TV star, who was diagnosed with cervical cancer, had died peacefully in her sleep at her Essex home on March 22 - Mother's Day.

According to a source, the undertakers felt "privileged" to help the star in her final journey.

"We're a tightly-knit community and Jade was well liked here. We look after our own," the Daily Star quoted the source as saying.

Jade had planned her final resting place during her extremely painful ordeal after the disease spread to her entire body.

She wanted to be buried at her favourite church, and had insisted that all those who wanted to attend her funeral were welcome.

The memorial service will be held at St John The Baptist Church in Buckhurst Hill, Essex, on April 4. (ANI)
