SC rejects case against Barack Obama
Washington, Dec 7: An emergency appeal filed by a New Jersey man who says Barack Obama is ineligible to be President because he was a British subject at birth was turned down on Monday, Dec 8 by the Supreme Court. Leo Donofrio says that US President-elect had dual nationality at birth. He said that his mother was an American and his Kenyan father was a British, subject at the time—he cannot possibly be a 'natural born citizen' as constitutionally required.
According to Donofrio even John McCain and Socialist Worker candidate Roger Calero aren't natural-born citizens. Earlier a Pennsylvania man had argued that Obama was born in Kenya, not in Hawaii and that the Hawaii secretary of state has confirmed. The lawsuit was dismissed by the Federal courts.
