When pooches turned 'living' billboards
London, Nov 30 : In a bid to steer away from traditional promotional strategies, Russian advertising agencies have devised a new type of billboards-dogs.
Such agencies are encouraging dog owners to use their pets as 'living' billboards.
According to reports by austriantimes.at, the 'Promo Dog' project in Novosibirsk, Siberia, pays owners a fee to dress their pet pups in the latest in marketing fashion. "We have launched this project in a time of financial crisis as an alternative to traditional advertising," The Daily Express quoted a spokesman as saying.
