Two militants killed in south Kashmir

Srinagar, Nov 28 (UNI) Security forces gunned down two militants in a fierce encounter in south Kashmir today, official sources said.

They said a joint operation was launched by state police and 55 Rashtriya Rifles (RR) at village Panzgam in Pulwama district of south Kashmir, where polling will be held on December 13 in the fifth phase.

During the operation, an encounter took place in which two militants were killed. Two AK rifles and other arms and ammunition were recovered from the slain militants.
