Boy George was obsessed with spanking, claims male escort

London, November 27 : Audun Carlsen, the male escort involved in Boy George's case, told a court that the singer was 'obsessed' with spanking him during a drug-fuelled nude photo shoot.

The 46-year-old singer is accused of handcuffing 29-year-old Carlsen to his bedroom wall and thrashing him with a metal chain before the Norwegian fled in his boxers in April last year.

Carlsen told Snaresbrook Crown Court that Boy George, born as George Alan O'Dowd, that he had agreed to wear chains and leather straps as 'decor' during the shoot.

"He wanted to slap my a***. He was very obsessed," the Sun quoted him as saying. The jury further heard the escort's claims that he was 'very clear' about the purpose of his visit adding that the Culture Club star was upset when Carlsen refused to have sex with him.

Boy George, east London, has denied false imprisonment. The trial continues.
