One arrested with 35 kg of poppy husk
Moga, Nov 25 (UNI) The Punjab police nabbed a drug peddler and recovered 35 kg of poppy husk from his possession in Taktupura village in this district last night, police said today.
Nihalsingh Wala Police late last night intercepted a car and on search found 35 kg of poppy husk from the car.
On interrogation of the man driving the car, identified as Jagsir Singh, it was found that he was operating in the area from last three years and used to bring poppy husk from their counterpart smugglers of Haryana.
