Dr Kadian condoles death of army officer

Chandigarh, Nov 24 (UNI) Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker Raghuvir Singh Kadian today condoled the death of Lieutenant Amit Kumar, resident of Safipur in district Jhajjar, who alongwith seven other army personnel died after being trapped in snow in the Gurej area of Jammu on November 17.

The mortal remains of Lt Amit Kumar were consigned to flames at Safipur with full military and civil honours on Saturday last.

While condoling the death of Lt Kumar, Dr Kadian said that the people of not only Haryana, but also of the nation were proud on such a brave army officer.
