ASI Jind caught red-handed taking bribe
Chandigarh, Nov 22 (UNI) Haryana State Vigilance Bureau has caught red-handed Baljit Singh, Assistant Sub-Inspector of Julana, district Jind while accepting illegal gratification of Rs 10,000 from a Delhi resident.
A spokesman of the Bureau said that a case under section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act had been registered against him in the Bureau's Police Station, Hisar for accepting the taited money from Shyam Singh of Badarpur, New Delhi.
Further investigation in the case was in progress.
