CBI raids IAS officer's premises, assets worth a crore seized
New Delhi, Nov 20 (UNI) The CBI today conducted raids at three premises owned by an IAS officer in the National Capital Region and seized several incriminating documents and foreign currency worth lakhs.
The raids in Delhi and Noida followed registration of cases against the official of the 1990 batch (Nagaland cadre) named Jyoti Kalash yesterday, according to the CBI.
Papers of two flats in Noida, Kisan Vikas Patra worth Rs 11.50 lakh, forex worth Rs six lakh (both USD and Euro), 45 bottles of foreign liqour along with various investment documents were recovered in the raids.
Two lockers were yet to be opened, it added.
