Minister injured as satge collapses
Ujjain, MP, Nov 17 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Minister of State for School Education Paras Jain was today injured when the stage erected for his welcome during an election meeting at Kartik square in Ujjain North constituency here suddenly collapsed.
Mr Jain was admitted to a charitable hospital here and his leg operated upon. His condition was stated to be stable. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan enquired about his health.
BJP spokesperson Virednra Kothari said Mr Jain was being welcomed at the stage when it collapsed.
