Two hardcore JPC ultras arrested in Palamu
Daltonganj, Nov 14 (UNI) In a special drive launched against ultras active in the area police today arrested two hardcore members of proscribed Jharkhand Prastuti Committee from the Sadar police station area in Jharkhand's Palamu district.
Superintendent of Police Deepak Verma said the ultras, identified as Mantu Kumar Singh and Ravi Mishra, were involved in various naxal operations.
Recently, they torched a four-wheeler at Daltonganj-Ranchi main road after the owner, also a businessman, refused to pay levy to the outfit, Mr Verma said.
