Anzera to build Kochi's first IT mall

Kochi, Nov 13 (UNI) City-based Anzera Properties is planning to build an exclusive IT mall, 'The Hub,' which would be a one-stop shop for all IT and Telecom products.

Speaking to reporters here today, Anzera Properties Chief Operating Officer Basheer Ahmed said the mall, to be completed in 18 months, would have a built-up area of around 20,000 sq ft.

Explaining the need to have an IT mall, he said '' Kochi is one of India's fastest growing cities and the first signs of an evolving economy is the shift from a single Central Business District (CBD) to a multiple category specific CBDs.'' 'The Hub' would feature the biggest names in the business as well as small retailers and provide customers access to all IT products, he said.
