Bhuria kins protest for denial ticke in Jhabua
Jhabua, MP, Nov 6 (UNI) The dissidence has been simmering in Madhya Pradesh's tribal-dominated Jhabua district after Congress changes its two candidates.
The third list issued here yesterday, in Jhabua, Xavier Meda was fielded as new candidate in place of Kalawati Bhuria, who was later fielded at Thandla constituency replacing Veersingh Bhuria.
Irked over this, Ms Bhuria refused to contest from Thandla constituency and filed her nomination from Jhabua itself.
Following her footsteps Mr Bhuria also filed his nomination from Thandla.
As a matter of fact, Mr Veersingh Bhuria, cousin of Ms Kalawati Bhuria, is the nephew of union minister Kantilal Bhuria.
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) did not declare candidates from three seats of Jhabua district and two seats from Alirajpur district.
