All nine accused held in Sisodia murder

Hyderabad, Nov 6 (UNI) The city police today arrested all the nine accused involved in the murder of businessman Rajeev Sisodia on October 31 which happened in front of his house.

City Police Commissioner B Prasada Rao told mediapersons that during the investigation, the police had noticed the involvement of the consin of deceased, Vaibhav who was lavishily spending money by visiting pubs and bars.

The police collected the information about the involvement of the accused persons by analysing the call details of Vaibhav by suspecting his involvement.

The deceased Sisodia objected to the lavish spending of money by his cousin and advised him to run the gold jewellery business properly and also advised his family elders to restrict from giving money to him. But the accused did not change his attitude and he perceived him to be an obstacle to his enjoyment, the commissioner said.

Through his friend Mukharam he engaged some hired assassins from Gulbargah and Bijapur in Karnataka state and paid Rs.3.5 lakh to them as an advance out of the total agreed amount of Rs.Seven lakh.

As per the plan, the accused Peer Saheb fired on the Rajeev's head with a country-made pistol when he was about to get down from the car and the remaining accused flew away from the spot.

He said two country-made pistols, two swords, two jambias, one car and two motor cycles were seized from the accused.
