Fans hold march against throwing of eggs on Chiru

Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, Nov 5 (UNI) A large number of fans of Actor Chiranjeevi, workers of his Praja Rajyam Party (PRP) and social activists today took out a silent march on the main streets of the city to protest the incident in which some miscreants threw eggs on him during a road show at Narsampet in Warangal District.

They later went to Gandhi Park and laid a memorandum, expressing strong resentment and anguish over the treatment meted out to the PRP Founder-President, in front of Mahatma Gandhi's statue.

The PRP workers held a protest meeting at the party office in Gandhinagar also to condemn yesterday's incident.
