Mamata calls for rally in Kolkata tomorrow
Singur, Nov 2 (UNI) Trinamool Congress supremo Mamata Banerjee today said her party would oraganise a rally in Kolkata tomorrow to protest the attacks made on her party's workers by CPI(M) activists here.
Ms Banerjee said the rally would start from the statue of Mahatma Gandhi at Esplanade and terminate at Shyambazar, adding similar rallies would be organised in every block of West Bengal.
Moreover, the Singur Police Station would be gheraoed by the Trinamool Congress supporters tomorrow, she said adding ''protest days'' would be observed in the state tomorrow, on Tuesday and Wednesday by Trinamool Congress.
Meanwhile, SP(Hoogly) Rajiv Misra informed that three police personnel were injured during the scuffle between Trinamool Congress workers and CPI(M) activists at Singur.
